- Tweaked terrain bonuses so that they are the same for every race on different terrain types
- Fisher no longer requires the city to have a harbor
- Added buildings to improve the outcome of local structures (monastery, marketplace, labor camp, obelisk, library, grave digger)
- Added necromancer buildings (gravedigger and scavenger)
- Added the forge of balance to fight the sorcerer and druid's many summoned units
- Buffed summoned slayer trait
- Changed tier II economy buildings (foundry, henge, university, bank)
- Changed most building icons
- removed the broken mounts code

– Fixed a bug that prevented Military academy and arcane armory from being built
– Forges now give +2 damage of a type and a medium “inflict” effect
– Forges and military buildings now only give bonuses to tier I and II units
– Halflings population costs fixed
– Settlers and builders population costs raised to 3000 and 5000
