Reduced dragon spawns for Year of the Dragon event by 33%. Reduced scaling of the event based on map size.

Reduced number of monkey spawns in the Year of the Monkey event.

1.4: Further lowered number of dragons spawned (cut by 50%), to give the AI a fighting chance.
Reduced lighting on many events.
Reduced duration of 7 turn events to 5 turns.
Fixed spelling error in locust swarm's description.
Spliced off Terraforming spells to their own mod called Terraforming Plus.
Tweaked Strike event to avoid buildings taking negative turns to build.
