In an attempt to reduce file size on the previouse update, I culled all unused icons. However this lead to a mismatched size in unit icons when playing other maps and game modes with my mod running. So I've re-added the unused icons and re-uploaded.

Hi All,

Basically did an overhaul of the "Battle Scale".

Added some missing emplcements.

Played with some stuff to influence the "Battle intensity" settings.

...an a bunch of other stuff I can't recall.

Please let me know if you find any bugs.

Most common bug is a player reinforcement vehicle or mounted weapon spawning in upside down, or on it's side, destroying it or rendering it useless.

If you come accross this, if you can, let me know the "map", "faction" and "unit", so I can fix them.

* New Features:

* More vehicles for all factions.

* Rebalanced vehicle tiers (may still need refining).

* "Battle Intensity" options added

* "Difficulty" options added

*Resized buttons to fit on screen better (I am aware that at least two buttons seem to be overrided by default size and appear large).

* On/Off options for "Infantry", "Emplacements", "Light Vehicles", "Armoured Support", "Mortars" and "Artillery"

* Adden animation for enemy builfing sandbags.

* Enemy now tow emplacments onto the map with supply trucks

Edit: Code bug found, may prevent mission from ending. Fixed, ready for next update.

Finnally got to the bottom of the "rotate" problem. MG's and mortars where not rotating like they should. Not that anybody noticed, but now they should.
