"fog off" button in options no longer has restrictive timer.

2 new maps "The Grand Depression" & "Langres Countryside"

Fixed remaining russian infantry with enemy germans.

Updated/fix minimaps for all mission/maps

Created preview "style" template and applied to all maps/mission (images with description)

Catagory menu buttons fixed.

LNG file for "Field Day II" fixed.

German light vehicle fixed/replaced to match reinforcment button.

Option to turn off artillery for enemy

Replaced "All In" mode with new "Defence" mode
