• Adjusted the SQL field for receiving Shares from Population so it could provide 1.00% Shares for every 2 or more Population, rather than just the opposite. Needed to update Neptune's trait.

• JFD's Civilopedia temporarily removed due to issues it was having with displaying some info. Also seemed to cause increased load times.
  
• Increased Shares production to grant 1.5% of your Production in Shares (was 1%), and 2% of your Production if you did not found a religion and are unable to found one (was 1.5%).
  
• Increased Share changes for all military actions (killing units, losing units, capturing cities)
  
• If you eliminate a Neptunia civilization from the game, you will now immediately take all the Shares they had for yourself!
  
• Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
