Swordcane and Violin can now only be equipped by Brook

Rebalanced items:
Swordcane is fuelled by nightmares. When fuelled, does spear damage, freezes and drains sanity. When empty, functions as a walking stick
Violin restores large amounts of AOE sanity, but deteriorates quickly

Next up:
Make violin and swordcane non-transferable

Minor facial surgery
Violin code reworked to make it more obvious that it's working

Balancing:
- Temperature immunity replaced with insulation to both summer and winter
- Swordcane now drains hunger and much more sanity
