Increased range from 5 to 6.

I've somehow ended up at the following weapon stats, which for now seem stable and alright:



RANGE: 5
DAMAGE: 10 Energy (with a radius of 1 = hits 5 squares)
SUPPRESSION: 65 Suppression
MITIGATION: 20
AMMO CAPACITY: 36 fuel
REACTION MODIFIER: 0.75x (no reaction fire)
RELOAD COST: 30 TU
FIRING MODE: 35% TU for 35 Acc x 9 flames

Increased the weight of the ammunition from 1 to 3, and completed a first version of the weapon's description.

Made the weapon strength limiited, meaning it uses the lower of ACC and STR to determine accuracy.

Removed reaction fire and disabled damage scaling (damage does not decrease because of range).

Tried lots of different settings and possible uses for the weapon. Getting closer and closer to what I'd like to think makes this weapon useful and fun.

Realized having the weapon deal incendiary damage really messed up buildings and terrain faaar too much, so damage is now Energy.
