Fixes for the Water Sphere:

Missing FX, missing descriptions, mastery to start with and duplicate Liquid Form spell. Probably others too.

Fixed Life Sphere summoning bug.

Includes most of the Water Sphere spells. Mud, Spring Rains, Wetlands excluded.

Added Air Sphere in its entirety, spells and hero upgrades.

Alter Node spells should be added to all spheres. Node bonuses should also apply now.

Fire Mastery was added.

Probably some other tweaks too.

Added Fire Wizard upgrades (and 1 more generic Wizard Upgrade)
Removed starting weapon
Unlocked all class outfits for Wizards
Finally added the Halfing starting armies.
