V0.4 Fixed issue with spawn location of quest giver. He should now be spawning on the upper floor of the Bee and Barb. He does still like to wander around.

V0.3 Armor enchantment has been tweaked. Should now have permanent +100 to enchanting with variable magicka rate increase.

Hopefully this helps avoid the broken enchantment issues. Also, caps out the bonus to enchanting that's possible (for now).

V0.2 Now the armour can be disenchanted and the enchantment applied to pretty much any armour type (cuirass, helm, gloves, boots, etc.).
