New temporary NPC: Santa's Helper

Added disablable (with sk_uboa_xmas, also in VJ options menu) reskins of the following:

Reverted changes from the quickfix update because it was redundant.

Fixed Giant Shock Trooper.

Minigun MTM-8, Loader Boss, TFC Pyro, TFC Heavy, and Arsonist now properly face their enemy and don't try to chase them while firing.

Fixed flame particle effects for TFC Pyro and Arsonist from jittering if more than one are using it.

Fixed positions for flame particle effects for TFC Pyro and Arsonist.

Miketama Overdrive now properly plays her animations for ranged attacks.

Increased melee attack damage distance for Miketama Overdrive so she isn't constantly missing an enemy that is right in front of her.

Quickfix for melee grunt sound effects

Added new convar (sk_uboa_meleegrunt) to make all Grunt-based NPCs only use their melee attack.

Samurai now only wields his sword by default.

Fixed Loader Boss's window texture being invisible.

Lowered health on Otoshidama.

Headcrab-based NPCs that use custom sounds now have working pain sounds. It's a prototype, and sometimes the sounds can be a bit excessive. I'll tone it down a bit if people want me to.

Fixed mouths glitching up on a batch of models.

Saitama now has a new ability: Bomb Punch.

Made Giant Shock Trooper's range attack slightly less glitchy.

Changed NextRangeAttack on Moeyo Dragons to reflect what it was like in the original maps. May be temporary depending on whether people like it or not.

Expect a fix for the human base SNPCs in the future.

Fixed all but one of the VJ creature base SNPCs. (sorry for the wait) Human base SNPCs are still almost completely broken due to DrVrej's inconsiderate and reckless ways of updating his base.

Added new projectile for the TFC Demoman.

Fixed Kani death sound not playing.

Some other minor bug fixes that I completely forgot about.

Hopefully the human base SNPCs will be fixable somewhere in the meantime. As of right now, I'm having difficulty pinpointing the exact cause of their issues and how to repair them. It's also important to note that the Giant Shock Trooper is back to shooting strangely, so he is also marked as obsolete.

Houndeye and (for the most part) Headcrab-based NPCs will now chase their enemies.

Tau Hakase now runs when an enemy gets too close, because it has no melee attack.

Miketama's flintlocks no longer make silenced pistol noises.

Some minor changes and bug fixes.
