Adjusted ore output, increased power consumption back to 1.12 MW to compensate for increased uranium yield.

Halved material efficiency. Still consumes 5 kg gravel per second but now only produces 2.5 kg of ores per second.
Halved power consumption to 560 kW to compensate.
