Long awaited and requested balance update, in which:

• Battleship Yucatan fixed design, can now use factory.
  
• Mega Chaingun received damage buff, it should be a viable choice now.
  
• Total of 4 new designs, 3 immobile 'gunpoints' and a capital battleship sporting twin Mega Chainguns.
  
• Fixed the spawning system, there won't be situations where you see 4 massive stations guarding your capture point, they will also use their whole fleet palette, no more 10 8K dreadnoughts all at once.
  
• Moved their region location closer to the centre of the galaxy, to avoid spawning right next to them.
  
• Fixed their map color, to make a clear difference between vanilla Terran race and Terran Reinforcements.
