camera now resets when player gets a new ship / respawns
camera now defaults to facing north
fixed error in chat window when the player gets a new ship / respawns

Added support for mouse buttons 4 and 5.
Mouse button 5 now toggles the camera lock, and holding button 4 down and moving the mouse to the left / right will pan the camera.
