Added conveyor belt to the scrapyard. IT TOOK OVER 40 REVISIONS TO PERFECT IT TO ITS POINT, IT WORKS AND I'M NOT TOUCHING IT ANYMORE lol

Minor fixes

Removed all the hills in the lower area, and remade a few (there were some unfortunate bugs)

Hill turned into very big hill

Skybox increased 3x as high in the lower layer

NEW STATION ON UPPER LAYER! It's pretty fuckin' awesome! Thanks to TechChris for the suggestion and giving me inspiration when I decided where to put it.
