Added cyclic pitch of the rotor blades (nose up/down, roll left/right). Control via action bar #5.
The RotorAssist has to be activated since the cyclic pitch is part of it, of course.

For the ones not knowing the terms "collective pitch" and "cyclic pitch":
Collective pitch lets the helicopter climb or descend.
Cyclic pitch will pitch and/or roll the helicopter (or "tilt" the vertical axis, whichever description you prefer)

Enhanced the FlightAssist script with the RotorAssist module enabling hovering with keeping the altitude.
This is working over the whole altitude range as well as with different payload (tested with 20 tons).

The RotorAssist controls are available in action bar 4.

Only the collective pitch is controlled, the cyclic pitch control I'll try later.
