Trying to fix the main menu animation. Looks like there may be a TL2 bug though as sometimes you have to toggle male-female to load the correct animation.

General Fixes
Changed all skill layout files to set START ON LOAD to false to try to stop the layout issue in multiplayer with the wolf strike skill. I did this for all layouts as it appears that is how the core timelines are setup.

Druid
Fixed level 1 cooldown of the rot vine to match the summon duration
Speed up cast time / animation of the wolf strike and fury skills
Remove the howl sound from the wolf strike skill as it gets annoying after a few times
Wolf Strike has been changed from a continous looping skill to a standard skill with low mana cost. I was able to achieve the desired appearance (keeping the mesh of the character hidden) while the skill is continously cast
Fixed a few animation issues where the druid's mesh (character) remained visible while the wolf was animating
Fury initial hit (4 of them) increased in damage

Assassin
Fixed the apply poison skill as it was using a damage graph but it should have been using the raw damage amount. Also lowered the armor soak scale of the skill to make sure it is useful at low levels.
Reduced the cooldown of the sentry skills but added back in a max pets limit. Hopefully the bug where it did not always create the sentry when at the max does not come back.
Increase rate of armor degradation with levels
Fixed the snare damage (was applying 100 times to much enemy armor)
Damage increase to the sentry skills

Monk solar wind change. Skill now produces "winds" that launch from the target and seek new targets on hit. Maximum of once every 2 seconds.

Large changes to the assassin. This a is balancing set of changes converting most flat damage skills into weapon DPS based skills. Changes:

Shuriken Barrage
No longer a random number
Added piercing at tier 1 (level 5) instead of increasing count as well as ricochet
Distance is greater at later levels

Snipe
Damage increased and muzzle flash removed in case a bow is used

Blade Shield
Damage now based on weapon DPS

Apply Poison
Damage changed from flat to weapon DPS based
Times have changed and now decrease with tiers
Damage is now exclusive (does not build per hit)

Choking Bomb
Damage is now weapon DPS based

Confusion
Damage is now weapon DPS based

Shock Grenades
Damage is now weapon DPS based
Grenades are more accurate (spread over a smaller, 15 degree angle)

Snare
Damage is now weapon DPS based delivered over time

Molotov Cocktail
Damage is now weapon DPS based

Shock Sentry
Damage is now weapon DPS based
Cooldown is now reduced per level allowing up to 4 concurrent sentries by level 15

Spider Bots
Damage is now weapon DPS based

Sentry Turret
Damage is now weapon DPS based
Duration now increased at tiers 2 and 3 (levels 10 and 15) allowing for concurrent turrets

Trap Mastery
Skill has been replaced with armor degradation per hit. Skill points will transfer from the old skill as I kept the skill ID and name to ensure skill points are not lost for existing characters.

Several changes to the Druid:

Re-worked blizzard spell:
Now the "orbs" do not pierce but instead explode on impact
Number starts at 2 now and 5 at level 15
Cooldown slightly reduced per level

Slight change to nature spell targeting to help with left-click usage

Re-worked the leap skill to provide better end-game survivability:
Damage significantly reduced
Healing per hit (same amount as berserker shadow burst skill)
Cooldown reduced initially and further reduced per level
Faster animation (skill duration decreased, speeding up the attack)

Specialization skill damage bonus removed but the speed improvements have increased from 20% to 30% at max level (2% per skill level)

Reduced the amount of healing of the rot vine per corpse

Rot vine can now cast heal on the owner when not consuming corpses (5% health)

Allow bow under weapon specialization.
Decreased progression of the number of insect swarms.
Reduced the speed of hits by the cyclone.
Reduced the amount of armor percentage bypassed for the cyclone but increased the damage by 5%.

Change the insect swarm to only reduce the armor on the inital hit instead of once per second as it was reducing the armor way too much.
