Changed how Advanced UFO Hunter to help it properly clean up, fix won't work retroactively. Also added new .ini option to disable pod-based events if using a mod that conflicts with that part of the mod, like ABA's Better Pods.

Adjusted:

Early Avatar Deployment and Avatar Moonbase will now only be able to be in play once you meet an Avatar in the field. The weight of the events have been increased accordingly.

Avenger Watch should now properly work in games. (Previous way it was implemented meant it wouldn't actually have a chance of firing before)

Rebalanced:
Dark Events activation duration is now 21 to 28 instead of 21 to 35

Fixed:

Alien Worm causing permanent decreases to Proving Grounds/Psi Labs/AWC project times. Will require re-staffing to fully update facilities as part of the fix. Will not retroactively fix already affected saves, unfortuanely.

Permanent Faceless dark event not properly activating additional pods when active

Changed:

Nerfed Stun Brigade, Early Avatar, and Permanent Avatar pods by a bit. After having experience with the game past Veteran and knowing how people are modifying their games to be challenging, I felt the old values were a bit too high.
