Avenger Watch no longer spawns UFOs that will always intercept the Avenger, just ones that have a chance of doing so. Also fixed UFOs spawning from actions not meant to trigger it, like detecting missions in LW2.

Some tactical dark events like EOD Armors will now properly apply to only organic units as intended.

Will now auto-adjust available dark events for Long War 2, will also adjust tactical dark events like Holo Rounds to be permanent if successfully activated.

Fixed Avatar Surge still having infinite duration, Alien Worm and Avenger Watch no longer erroneously marked as tactical dark events. Fixed Chinese localization of achievements.

Fixed localization typos, added Chinese localization. Replaced template exchanger class with use of OnPostTemplatesCreated event.

Changed Overwhelming Force to wait a few months before being allowed to activate, due to the boss sectopod in the Shen's Last Gift mission making XCOM considered to have met sectopods.

Changed Permanent Dark Events to Three Month Dark Events and changed what's required for them to activate (they now require max facilites before they're allowed to activate), in account of doom timer changes made by Firaxis, added achievement support.
