Updated to use the new capabilities of Tabletop Simulator scripting.
Now gets players hands from the API, and uses the fixed setPositionSmooth

Licchan pointed out I had clockwise/anticlockwise the wrong way wround :S oops..

Thanks to Bojan & ReMixx for the impromptu test, hopefully everything's now in order.

After recieving some feedback from Licchan, this update adds an aditional step of removing the button while the script is working. This should remove any accidental double-clicks, which can result in black holding tokens not being removed.

The button flickers (sorry, will aim to update when possible), but hopefully this is outweighed by the removal of said bug.

Updated buttons to new API.

COULD have updated way in which cards are dealt to utilise the single-frame window to deal from a single-card deck. However, this was omitted for dealing style.

Updated to coincide with the changes to the API, should work with 10 players too.
