Bug fix: the vanilla UI buttons now reflect changes made by clicking the random appearance buttons.

Enhancement: things seem a bit more snappy; hopefully it's not just me.

Also added some clarifications to the comments in the INI re: Anarchy's Children DLC.

Big changes: the UI's been overhauled to deal with the fact that even more checkboxes may one day be necessary; also, the Anarchy's Children DLC new arm slots are now supported: they're affected by the buttons and have their own checkboxes.

Also, I think the DLC broke the tattoo color randomization, which I fixed. (That or I broke it during my own work...and fixed it. Either way, there it is, and here we are.)

Small fix now in place to correct an issue where the prop range limits were incorrectly restricting the Totally Random button. You'll now see that button use all the hats upon reload.

Added config options to correct generation of "reasonable looking" random soldiers in case crazy mods or DLC (e.g. Anarchy's Children) are present.

Note that the AC DLC new arm slots aren't randomized yet by this mod.

Big overhaul. Instead of one button that makes a totally random soldier, now there are two buttons. The titular button now creates a "reasonable looking soldier" with configurable odds for props in the new XComRandomAppearance.ini file. The Totally Random button does just what it says and won't respect the INI (but will respect the checkboxes).

Removed all the cruft that snuck in, dramatically reducing the footprint. Thanks to the user that pointed out the size. :)

Added "All" and "Clear" buttons to check/uncheck all options.
