- Fixed Suppression upgrades
- Finished upgrades for pistols and swords
- Updated a few old primary upgrades to only affect primary weapons
- Lockboxes renamed to Advent Lockbox, Alien Strongbox, and Ethereal Reliquary.
- Lockboxes no longer come with pre-determined weapon loot. The reward will be decided only after research completes. This means the research time ramp up will be a more substantial issue to contend with.
- Superior heat sinks were giving saturation fire instead of killzone accidentally.
- Charge based run and gun abilities no longer have a cooldown.
- Charge based abilities will override their base abilities while the charges exist.
- New lockboxes have a UIAlert indicating what type of item was created

Added a new upgrade: Wildcat cartridges.
Processor upgrades will no longer appear on anything other than rifles.
Fixed an issue where heat sink upgrades were not generating properly.

Buying a schematic from shen should upgrade existing rare/epic/legendary weapons now.

Gave decrypted items a black market value, hopefully this makes them sellable.
