Bug:
Removed Asteroid Mine barbarian exclusion

Updates:
-Future Era redone to be consistent with v10 of Techtree Overhaul
-Railgun Cruiser and Destroyer have appropriate unique model now (still shared between them though)
-Hovertank now sounds like Hovercraft when moving instead of a regular tank
