Units

· Most units are weaker, which the weakest have 33% less strength. Only really weak range units - like Missile Rover - have higher strength, in the best situation to +67% strength. Workers are more susceptible on attacks, they are better 'target' for aliens, but only in early game - after this, level of attack priority going down to standard level.
· Cost of all units went up, from +7% for least changed strength, moves and other things. Costs are varried, but the highest cost is for Colonist, which need 100% more production to make.
· Some units have lower moves, starting from Explorer with -50% Moves, but values hardly changed.
· All units have -33% of Experience which they get from fight and defense, including Explorer with -50% Experience.
· Range Strength of some units varies between -30% and -10% (including SABR - -4%).
· Range of some units changed - it changed about -50% or -33%.


Aliens

· Aliens are a bit stronger, range units are more stronger (sometimes to +100% stronger) than before.
· Cost of all alien units goes down, to -50% in some cases (only exception: Alien Hydra with +17 - 50% Cost).
· Some of them are slower, but they always stronger.
· They get more Experience than before, to +50% in some cases.
· Range Strength and range didn't change a lot.


Buildings

· Cost of all buildings and wonder went up, from +10%-15% to +150% in early game buildings (for example Old Earth Relic).
· Yields from buildings are smaller (some buildings have their standard yield).


Technologies

· All technologies cost +75% more science.
· Affinities system - it's taken from 'Rising Tide'. It have some corrections, but I still working for better (and harder) system. Yielding less affinity points in total.


AI Leaders

· All leaders are more aggressive (or diplomatic), they have their own specific personality. Everybody have 3 unique features (for example Brasilia have got Military Training).

· ARC is more expansionist and spywaring. It's more guarded and less afraid of someone. The most boldness character in game.
· African Union is more neutral and competitiveness. They don't look for wars and they are less friendly for players.
· Brasilia is more competitiveness and the most aggressive civilization and the most boldness character in the game. It prefer wars and hostile. The highest military training in game.
· Panasian Cooperative is more wonder competitiveness and expansionist. More neutral for other players, really active in covert ops.
· Francoiberia is more victory and affinities competitiveness. More expansionist and deceptive.
· Kavithan Protectorate is more victory and wonder competitiveness. It approaching alien the most in game.
· Polystralia is more victory competitiveness. It's more boldness and deceptive.
· Slavic Federation is more victory competitiveness. It's more guarded and less afraid, so it really approach wars.
· Al Falah is more expeditionist and they more hating warmongers.
· Chungsu is really victory and wonder competitiveness, it's more boldness and it really likes wars.
· INTEGR is more victory and affinities competitiveness. It's also more diplomatic and really expansionist.
· North Sea Alliance is more expeditionist and focused on military training.
