Update for compatibility with Shadow Ops Long War.

Aggression bonus reduced to +5 (max +30) from +10 (max +30).
Dense Smoke no longer provides a radius increase.
Pyromaniac, Anatomist, and Devil's Luck (all AWC-only) have new effects.
Several abilities have been renamed.
