New unique color correction for Esseker.

Added option to selfheal minor injuries by just "resting".
Converted all the hand placed static items to simple objects in order to save performance.
Tweaked time multiplier.
Tweaked thunder storm script,tweaked weather stats.
Updated to latest game version
Updated tpw scripts to latest version(s).
Updated to latest Ravage version.
Added more intel documents, more ambient sounds.
Map additions.
Edited "Traders House" and trader(s).
Added "pseudo" caching for the hand placed AI units.
General scripts and mission tweaks.

Added option to flip land vehicles.
Added option to spawn wrecks and damaged cars.
