Reduced by 10% the rain particles (effect) for better fps,removed randomness of rain and fog from the init, dynamic weather script will do the calculations now.Reduced vital items loot, since loot spawn system is more consistent after the Ravage update.New POI in the gas station of Kupres location.Repositioned one spawn point because you would spawn without the car in the beginning .Fixed one sound trigger that didn't triggered in the Bosniaks camp.

Color filter is back,to disable it use the radio menu.

Fixed an error making AI thought you as their captive,only civilians (except zombies) will take you as friendly,but might not always so take it slow with the weapon holstered.Various fixes after Ravage update,weather changes,radiation marks and zones are back,slightly more zombies and hordes spawning over graveyards,small fixes here and there.
