Cynther is taking over development of this mod from hambil.

Changes in this version:
-Fixed issue with missing notifications when two players had the same amount of production turns left
-Removed notification suppression for wonders no longer under construction
-Fixed issue when production speed had changed
-Fixed issue when wonder construction was interrupted and resumed
-Reorganized tracking of wonder construction projects
-Color coded notification messages according to race status (winning/losing)
-Added logging to let you monitor all wonders being built by all players (disabled by default)
