-=GOODBYE HALLOWEEN, WELCOME CHRISTMAS=-
-Phantom Gatling skin has been removed from the G-Menu, but all built blocks will still remain untouched. It's firerate was reverted to 700 (removed halloween buff)
-Halloween textures were reverted
-Candy Cane skins are back! This time they have the same cost as their regular counterparts, they don't need any special plates!

-=PROGRESSION CHANGES=-
-Assembly motors take longer to be assembled if the motor is one tier higher than the assembler (so, assembling tier 3 assembly motors in a tier 2 assembler takes way longer than assembling tier 3 assembly motors in a tier 3 assembler)

-=NEW SPOOKY GATLING=-
-New Tier 5 Gatling skin - Phantom gatling
-Limited, will be removed from G-Menu couple days after halloween. They won't be removed from your ships/stations, only from the G-Menu)
-It's rate of fire is increased by +20RPM during halloween and some days after.

-=SWAPPED TEXTURES=-
-Terminal and LWTS Logo textures on all tiered blocks have been temporarily swapped

Non-temporary changes:
-=REACTOR CHANGES=-
-Fuel efficiency increases per tier now. Less uranium is needed to produce the same amount of energy, difference increases per tier
-Reactor inventories also increase with tiers now

-New Tiered blocks: Small batteries, Large grid Welders, Large grid Grinders, Small cargo containers (both grids)
-Added better in-game descriptions for: O2/H2 Generators

-=TIERED SHIP TOOLS=-
-Thanks to my friend, Onyx for writing a script that will increase welding/grinding speed of the new tiered tools!
-Area of effect for these tools also increases each tier

-=BALANCING=-
-Fixed tiered module build times - they were all set to 10s previously
-Tiered yield modules now increase a refinery's power usage
-Reduced grid damage of all tier 4 gatling weapons (275 --> 270)
-Reduced grid damage of all tier 5 gatling weapons (305 --> 300). Also fixed turret descriptions showing 320 damage per shot
-Some tiered oxygen generator stats were changed slightly (reduced power usage for some)
-Updated component costs of all tiered ore detectors
-Updated PCU values for some tiered blocks
-Slightly decreased power of both tier 4 and 5 warheads. Both also require slightly less reactor components

-=CHANGES=-
-New models for: Metal Plate component, Alloy Plate component, Small grid O2/H2 Generators ,Gatling Turrets, Reactor build states
-Updated models for: Large ship hydrogen engines
-Updated block descriptions for some tiered blocks which had them before

-=FIXES=-
-Fixed some metal block shapes not being in any block progression category
-Fixed small ship tiered drills` snap points when building
