-Updated tiered weapon stats to match the vanilla weapons that were recently buffed.

-A little bit late than usual, but Phantom Gatlings are now available. They will be buildable for about 2 weeks, but will remain in your worlds/grids after this period

-Fixed some small grid tiered containers being able to work without motors
-Fixed wrong motor counts to build T4 and T5 small grid large cargos
-Fixed small grid large cargo T5 using T4 motors instead of T5 motors

-New Tiered Blocks for: Industrial Assembler, Industrial Refinery, Industrial Hydrogen tanks, Sci-Fi Atmospheric Thrusters
-New Bonus Block: Red Control Panel
-Added a new G-Screen category for tiered DLC blocks

Changes
-Small grid tiered batteries had their max power storage and output/input rebalanced, as I think the previous values were too high and actually rivaled that of their large grid counterparts. This change should decrease battery charge times. The small grid 1x1x1 batteries remain unaffected by these changes
-The amount of power cells required for batteries has also decreased to acompany the aforementioned change
-Changed some things in the progression tree

/lwts changelog or /lwts cl chat commands will now open the mod's changelog steam workshop page (the page you're looking at right now) instead of opening a window in game
this will be easier to maintain, as I don't need to add the mod's changelog into the mod itself.

Progression tree changes:
-Fixed rogue Tier 4 thruster, grav gen and jump drive node
-Fixed a bug that would duplicate the vanilla assembler display in the tech tree
-In the research groups with solar panels and batteries that allow further progress, you can now alternatively also choose to build hydrogen engines
-You can also build a T5 compact refinery to unlock the T5 yield module

Other Fixes
-Fixed tiered assembler and refinery inventory sizes being too small. Note that you'll have to replace the blocks for this to take effect because of how the game is coded.
-Tiered refinery mountpoints and airtightness were incorrect. This has been fixed.
-Fixed incorrect build states for small grid tiered SciFi ion thrusters
-Fixed emissives on the tiered SciFi ion thrusters. Some tiered thrusters had white emissives - now they're tier colored just like the flame
-Fixed a bug which would sometimes stop animated assemblers (adv assembler T5, production line T7) from animating their fans
