New (minor) features:
- Large Building exterior (There's a slight chance for a minimal interior) finished in the Upper City region

- City sqare added to the Lower City, filling the awkward nothingness inside the city
- Couple of apartments added too

- Tram station and railway through lower city
- Huge wall! LOL ...There will be lower and upper levels of the city, for a while I'll work on the upper city
