Update: 20 Nov, 2018 @ 2:37pm

- Disabled print statements.
- Reduced the size of the alpha icon.
- Added a new leaderscene. The old one is still included in the civ and can easily be used instead by simply switching the names of the files "Burebista_Scene_old.dds" and "Burebista_Scene.dds" located in Art/Diplomacy. The reason for the new leaderscene is that while I attempted to make it for civ VI, I couldn't really match that style, and then instead of discarding it, I thought it appropirate to include it here. This also bc the new leaderscene isn't just a quick edit of some existent art found online, but rather heavily edited parts from multiple sources pasted together, making it feel more like "my" creation than the old one.
