Minor bug fixes

• Compatiblity with 1.5
  
• Monarchism and Anarchism now use decisions to switch a country's ideology like the other ideologies in 1.5
  
• Raids and banning for monarchism and anarchism
  
• PRC now has an anarchist path.
  
• Temporarily removed US, Germany, and Soviet alt-history paths. Will be reworked and readded at a later date

Note: Very little bug testing was done on this.

• Fixed the Spanish Civil War event chain if the Republicans win.
  
• 12 new loading screen quotes.

• Modified Spanish Civil War siginificantly. Catalonia and Basque Country now spawns as participants.
  
• Rather than Spanish Civil War ending in 6 months like vanilla, both sides have been balanced and it now ends around 38-40. (The real Spanish Civil War ended in 39.)

Note: Like typical, very little bug testing was done on this. I don't really enjoy not-Kaiserreich all that much, but got a sudden urge to update this mod and clean up some stuff I was unhappy with.

• "Historical Opposition to Monarchy" cannot be removed as the USA anymore
  
• Soviet Union, PRC, and ROC now have "Historical Opposition to Monarchy"
  
• Made monarchist succession events work better
  
• Turkey's second monarchist leader, Ahmed IV, now has a death event in 1954. Osman IV takes the throne upon his death.

• Left communism is now under Leninism rather than libertarian socialism, so Amadeo Bordiga is now Italy's Leninist leader and Alberto Meschi is now Italy's libertarian socialist leader
  
• Fixed various typos and changed the descriptions of some ideologies
