Fixed blocks disappearing on ~300m distance.

Volume of Cement component reduced from 14.5 to 12.5 liters.
Volume of Granulated Sand component reduced from 12 to 9 liters.
Included changed stone-to-gravel refining blueprint to make you mine 10% less gravel and refine it 2 times faster.

Component production time decreased 2 times: from 1sec to 0.5sec for Granulated Sand and from 1.75sec to 0.8sec for Cement. Because of balancing reasons.

New LODs rendering compatibility fix.

Icons compatibility update (white background removed)

Weird textures fixed (compatibility update).
Volume of granulated sand and cement reduced for ~10%, building time for concrete blocks reduced for 2-4 sec (x1 welding rate). Made this because concrete blocks were too hard to build and many players just didn't use it on my server.

Added block groups for new building system

Fixed assembler overflown by gravel when it has many Cement bags in production queue.
