Long update huh.

I did some balance changes to make some civics not so appealing to permanently hold onto...

It will work with VP 3+ As far as I know!

Thank you all for your continued support!

Not save-game compatible, but I'm not sure it was anyway in the first place.

Update: 8 Dec, 2018 @ 5:34pm

Fixed a bug where Patronage was not giving Gold if you had CS allies (you should).
You can now view other civ's civic maintenance if you have a diplomat stationed on their Capital.
Civic Advisor Added. Just hover over her at the top and she could perhaps instruct you on something... when you hover over a civilization... something like that. She's a little barebones for now.

Not save-game compatible of course.

Uhhh if you vassal someone then you get to see someone's civics and their maintenance regardless if you have a DoF or embassy with them. The vice versa does not work. You won't be able to see your master's civics or maintenance without a DoF or embassy.

Confederation's Unhappiness Bonus reduced from +15% to +12%.
Patronage's Food/Production bonus decreased from +2 to +1.
Universal Suffrage now provides +4 Food and +2 Culture to Embassies (bugfix).

Civil Law's Golden Age Points from Border Expansion reduced from +3 to +2.

Labor Overall Buff:
Slavery now adds +1 Production to all Great People Improvements.
Serfdom now adds +1 Food to all Great People Improvements.
Caste System now adds +1 Science to Great People Improvements.
Industrial Servitude now adds +1 Gold to all Great People Improvements.
Unionism now adds +1 Golden Age Point to all Great People Improvements.

Nostalgic Reworks...
You can no longer see other civ's civics and maintenance without a.. (Embassy which unlocks civics, and a Declaration of Friendship to see the maintenance).
Added some audio files if you didn't have Community Events activated. ;)
Reduced AI Flavoring Bias(their choices should be more conservative in keeping with the old ways... unless they definitely need a change)
Added UI to indicate the default civics are obsolete by the renaissance era and won't be available to be chosen at all! You can still keep this in the information era... as long as you don't switch.
Revolution Rework(Changing to Default Civics won't incur any revolution... changing to No Upkeep will incur a 35%(from 20%) chance of revolution... changing to Low Upkeep will incur a 25%(from 15%) chance of revolution... changing to Medium Upkeep will incur a 15%(from 10%) chance of revolution... changing to a High Upkeep will incur a 5%(same) chance of revolution...)
Keep in mind this is not the same as anarchy where anarchy will affect all cities, a revolution will take a dice on each city. Revolution cannot increase in cities already revolting as well!
Added tooltip to indicate civics that'll incur a chance of revolution.
Big AI buff: If they want to keep their same civic at the 20-turn interval, they won't incur any chance of resistance. This applies to humans, but they don't change every 20 turns.
Despotism no longer reduces Distress by 15% but reduces Illiteracy by 15%.
Universal Suffrage's Upkeep increased from Medium to High (15% to 25%).
Universal Suffrage no longer provides +2 Culture to Laborers.
Universal Suffrage now provides +2 Production to Laborers.
Universal Suffrage's Investment Reduction increased from -5% to -8%.
Anarchism no longer reduces Illiteracy by 15% but reduces Distress by 15%.
Bureaucracy's No Unhappiness from Specialists increased from 10 to 15.
Decentralization renamed to Bartering
Statute Labor Reworked -> Decentralization.
Low Upkeep (+7% Maintenance)
Trade Routes produce +2 Gold.
Maintenance paid on Roads and Railroads reduced by 20%.
+5% Growth in all Cities.
Free Market's Upkeep increased from Low to Medium (+7% -> +12%)
Updated Altar artwork (credits to grant).
Fixed Organized Religion's Majority Bonus Production not boosting to +3(was +2).
Theocracy's Majority Religion Bonus Gold reduced from +3 to +2.
Idol's +5% Tourism converted to +2 Tourism.

Not save-game compatible.
