Update to disable conveyor carry timer/lock check to test workaround of mainline issue.

Add option to turn set if overflow is allowed when an output is blocked. When set to no the distribution splitter will halt all flow when the current output is blocked forcing it to strictly follow the output ratio.

Add Shift-Home/Shift-End keys as an alternate to the Insert/Delete keys and comma/period keys as an alternate to the keypad +/- keys for minimal keyboard support.

- Add network client support.
- Belt visual direction now rotates to match the current flow.
- Spin arrow will now orient correctly if the machine is mounted on walls.
- Spin arrow will now point to indicate the input direction when the machine is placed in holding state.
- Fix flipped A/B output on center input flow.

Remove obsolete UI mod compatibility code.
Ensure state dirty flags are always set to make sure latest state is always saved.

The distribution splitter can also be used as an overflow handler by setting an output to zero which places that output in continuous mode. An output set to continuous will get until all resources until blocked then output resouces on the other output (overflow) until the continuous output is no longer block.
