Added AllowedArmors="PsiOperative" to the Gifted class. I don't know that armour sets like these exist in Vanilla XCOM 2, but they do for War of the Chosen as of the Tactical Legacy Pack. This is done for compatibility, in case people create Psi Ops only armour, or in case such mods exist - I haven't checked.
