Fixed Stasis to work with Starbound 1.3 - Spacefarer Update.

Update 1.1
Stasis now works with all sphere techs. Future update will dial in and fine tune hunger rates while a moving sphere. Rate of hunger is currently a little slower than the normal hunger rate.
