* replaced arteffect with artillery-sim (from Battle of the Bulge) using beach centre + radius CMF
* added light flashes on hill
* added craters
* changed sfx
* changed sound layering
* changed volume of most sound clips
* average number of deaths to clear beach = 4

Artillery script changed to fix the respawn sound issue and distance calculation.

Added secondary task - destroy Paks on beach. Changed airdrop script so that when Germans shoot airborne they disconnect from chute and drop from sky. Chute has no damage state - so deleted. Changed arteffects script. Changed artillery sounds based on distance. Lots of other small changes.
