UNIT ATTRIBUTES JUNCTIONS: DELETED, returning formed attack back into the game.

land_units_unit_abilities_junction: gave all troops that once had cavalry counter tactics Hold the Line (Steady_retreat).

unit_special_Abilities: removed Cavalry counter tactics
unit_abilities.loc: Changed steady to "Hold the Line" and added Cavalry Counter Tactics stats to it.

BIG CHANGE:

added table: unit_special_abilities tables

4 lines removed: Hoplite Wall, Shield Wall, Shield Screen, and Square.

After extensive testing, I found that these 4 formations could not be used properly by the AI and gave the player an unfair advantage. They have been removed as a result. Compatability will not be affected and the mod will still remain fully compatible with unit mods.

Some may not like this change, but it is still keeping in line with CA's design philosophy, as Total War Warhammer also does not have individual unit formations.
