Localisation also changed to reflect it.

Nerfed the fatigue penalty of all abilities. This was penalizing the AI more than the player and so needed to be nerfed to be more in line with Attila.

Added groupformations.bin with modded InterEntitySpacing="0.5" (exact copy from Attila, no other changes)

Basically the spacing between unit blocks will be slightly more pronounced.

Optimized the Celtic Sword Retexture for compatibility by replacing the original "celtsworde" with pictish_Sword_a from Attila. This means it will now work with any mod.
