cleaned up a few code bugs. Fixed the personality setup so that Haven, Manticore, Solarion League, Mesa, Grayson and Beowulf always have the same ai personalities.

Tweaked Starbase's so that you can choose between Trade or Ship production. they cost more but they are a lot more productive than the old Corvette/Destroyer/Cruiser/Battleship Yards.

Given Governors a chance of having a ship production edge for their colony/sector. either capital ships or non capital ships

Patched a fix causing the game to crash if you try to edit the government or ethics.

Tweaked Stations and a few other little bits.

You now basically have a choice between a HMSS Hephaestus type ship yard, or a Basilisk type trade post which generates energy and minerals... a lot of them, but if you choose trade your ship production on that starbase drops massively.

Added a few extra's such as toxicity to graysen as well as treecats to sphynx. Currently working on wormholes to see if I can add a second drive or make some form of combination drive which allows you ftl capabilities in addition to wormhole travel. but I shall see...

Fixed an overly expensive module.

Changed some of the Major Nations which have access to wormhole termini to use wormholes within the game and renamed/rethemed many of the events surrounding wormhole travel.

Set the start locations every nation as static so they will always begin in the same positions [Note that this is not perfect but it will make sure that the right empires are fighting the right ones... or working with the right ones]

Fixes-
[1] Readded War Philosphy so you can now decide whether you want to wage wars of conquest or of liberation.
[2] Tweaked the size of ships because Dreadnoughts and upwards were far too large, as a result i've adjusted all ships to be between 2 and 8x smaller, and adjusted the fleet formations size to compensate to avoid clippage.

New -
[1] Set the start locations for Mesa, Haven, Andermani and Haven as static so they will always begin in the same positions.
[2] New ethos, Governments and AI personalities for Manticore, Grayson, Haven, Andermani, Mesa, Beowulf and the Solarion League
[3] Admirals, Governers and Scientists now have the ability to gain traits as they level up

Fixed the AI Empire spawning on uninhabitable planets bug. they will now spawn on a continental planet between 18 and 25. This isnt a perfect fix but it will do until I can customise them fully.
