Organization Reattunement:

Major changes: Superior Firepower gets changed! (:O) Organization buffs to armored units have been increased across the board, as the buffs from doctrines were so small that not only did people consider them meaningless, but they were so small that the division designer often did not register the changes. As a rule, org buffs which apply to a specific unit category should be +5 or greater from now on.
Since this change buffs Mobile Warfare quite a bit, other doctrines are also getting tweaks on their infantry branches.

While it sounds strange, making all units have org divisible by 5 will make future calculations easier when looking at questions of, "What is OP." It will also make org calculations cleaner when using the Division Designer (which turns out to round up and down a lot when little +1, +2 org buffs are added).

Mobile Warfare
- Elastic Defense: +5 tank org (from +1)
- Mechanised Offensive: +5 armor org (from +3)
- Armored Spearhead: +5 tank org (from +3)
- Blitzkrieg: +5 armor org (from +3 that only affected tanks, instead of all armor)
- Modern Blitzkrieg: +5 tank org (from +3)

[overall tank org increase if you go all armor focus: +20 (as opposed to +10) - not actually a huge change, but still significant. And now MW = MA in org, though MW still beats MA in terms of tank breakthrough and speed.]

Superior Firepower
- Superior Firepower (tech): Now gives +10% Soft Attack, +10% Hard Attack, and +5 Org to Line Artillery.

((Commentary: While I feel that Superior Firepower is fundamentally in a good place, with its maxim of "moar damage, MOAR!" It has also been inflexible, particularly in multiplayer when opponents tend to use more tanks. The reason it is so effective against AI is that AI is too dumb to build mass tanks. So, while some people might look at this as a nerf, it is only a nerf against AI, overall it is a buff that makes the doctrine more generally flexible... plus I've added a bit of artillery org just to make things more interesting. ))

- (fix) Tactical Control: Now initiative boost affects Signal Companies instead of Logistics Companies (my bad).
- Dispersed Support: Line Artillery Org +5 (from +2)
- Advanced Firebases: Tank Org +5 (from +2)
- Centralized Fire Control: Support Battalions: +10 Org
- Concentrated Fire Plans: Support Battalions: +10% Hard Attack
- Air Land Battle: Now buffs tac bombers and CAS ground unit attack by 10% in addition to affecting air superiority effects ("Air Support").

Grand Battleplan
- Branch Interoperation now grants Support Battalions: +10 Org
- Infiltration Assault now gives +15% night attack (up from +10%)
- Infantry Offensive: Max Org +10 (up from +5)
- C3I Theory: Armor Org +5 (from +3)
- Armored Operations: Armor Org +5 (from +3)
- Attritional Containment: All infantry +5 Org (from +3)

Mass Assault

- Tactical Deep Battle: Tanks +5 Org (from +3)
- Defence in Depth: Now gives +10% defense to all Frontline Battalions (as opposed to only light infantry and tanks).
- Human Infantry Offensive: Now gives +5 Org to Light Infantry.
- Human Wave Offensive: Conscription gain increased from +3% to +4%. (So the doctrine gives a nice even +10% conscription once completed. Mostly a buff for minors who were taking this doctrine for the extra manpower.)
- Deep Operations: Armor +5 Org (from +2)
- Breakthrough Priority: Tank Org +5 (from +3)
- Mechanized Wave: Armor Org +5 (from +3)

[tank org increase: +20 (from +11) - Mass Assault turns out to be really good at Tank (at least in terms of org)... provided you go down Deep Battle Exclusively]

Nothing changed. Just updated version numbers so the game wouldn't think this mod was "out of date." This version should work with all versions of HOI IV, regardless of whether it gives you a warning if you are running something other than 1.2.1.

There were some false reports that organization from support doctrines was bugged. Those responsible for this Fascist propaganda have been shot by order of Stavka and all their malicious workings have been reverted. Glory to the motherland.

Commentary: Reverted changes made to support company org. Turns out changes were unnecessary, made after someone gave false reports that support company org was not being given correctly. Turns out it is a UI bug regarding the Division Designer and everything was actually fine. -.- Decided to keep the current form of Commissars regardless because I like the look of it.

However, I received some positive feedback in terms of the effect that it had on the Integrated Support side of Superior Firepower (which is not often taken). Thus I made some specific changes making those two doctrine techs to buff support arty, AT, and AA a bit.

Changes

Superior Firepower
- Both Integrated Support and Regimental Combat Teams have had their Max Org bonuses for support divisions increased from "+10" to "+30." Why? Because I discovered today after finding a bug with Commissars that support divisions only receive 10% of boni from land doctrines... including doctrines that only affect support divisions (which I find incredibly stupid, but - oh well - it's hard-coded). **Thus I really increased the org from +1 to +3.**

Mass Assault
- Frontline Commissars now give 10% reinforcement rate & grant +5 Org to all infantry. MP bonuses have been removed as they were not working as intended and were generally broken.

- Tactical Deep Battle: Now gives "+30 Max Org" (from 10) to support battalions. As stated earlier, support battalions actually only receive 10% of bonuses, so the effects had to be vastly increased. I considered making it 100 but this was unexpected so I want to make smaller changes.
