-Adjusted lighting intensity (and lamp styles) throughout building.

-Changed some railings to glass style (will fix others when diagonal glass railing becomes available).

-Repainted the Spire in gray (with blue glow), because **** that awful yellow. DAMN YOU 4.0.

Added glass railing to exterior stairway (upper deck), and interior stairway (medical bay).
Credit to Forjo for the idea and design.

Redesigned upper deck to add new lighting fixtures. Now you can see where you're landing at night!
