Added two more command modules (the two-person cockpit and the capital command center).
Added the computing office.

Nerfed the command center to only generate 5% accuracy and to have a more sensible price.
Lowered the number of crew that can loiter in the command center; we don't need *that* much discussion there. (optionalCrew value was 5, is now 2)

I recently started playing Airships: Conquer the Skies again and noticed that the "Command Center" graphic I came up with four years ago (a simple merging of the sprites of the bridge and the cockpit + a large map to fill in the empty space) was remarkably similar to a command module in another mod.

To prevent confusion while playing with both this and other mods, I have decided to update the module to resemble a war room instead. The module's stats have also been slightly updated, though I changed nothing that should impact gameplay. If this ruins how your airships look: I do apologize, but I hope you understand.

To the maker of the other mod, Cataclysm - who may have thought I was ripping of his mod, judging from his comments on this mod -, I didn't realise our modules looked so much alike. And although I didn't intend to have the modules look the same (I only knew of the existance of a bigger command module in your modpack from what a friend told me, not what it looked like) I would like to at least apologize.
