Fixed Battleships, Dreadnought and Heavy DN running back to the fleet sometimes.
Reduced the fire rate penalty at higher levels.
Clarified in the tooltip that Tank ships do not get a bonus from friendly auras mounted on ships or stations around them (vanilla auras, 3rd party addons that add auras still affect them).

Fixed AI empires not using the computers after 1.3.2.

All level 3 tanking computers should now be able to survive indefinitely (forever) against 3 ships of its own size. Versus 4 ships that target-fire it continously (which never happens in a large fleet vs large fleet situation, only testing or when everything else is dead), they will die.

Added localisation file copies for other languages.

Added the Lua-script I use to generate computers to the ZIP file for anyone curious on automating scripting.

Wrote more documentation on how the Stellaris ship behaviors actually work.
Still more investigations and testing to be done.

Lots of adjustments really, this is how the mod should have been when I released it.
They basically behave the way I intended them to now.

AI now uses the tanking computers randomly, quite rare though (or it should be!)
