2.0 Update. Wish I knew about these change notes before I deleted all my previous stuff.

Added 1 skill that gives +1% HP per level to take in all the extra skill points.

Reverted to initial version of skill point distribution:

2 For EVERYONE per level.

3 for Generals from level 1-10.

Improved cross mod compatibility.
