Warhammer II is a bit different with end-turn notifications so I've not yet added in the extra skill-point-dump skill
SFO probably edits the same files that this mod does. I don't use SFO myself but if they've changed how many skill points you get per level, it won't work with this mod. You can use packfilemanager and go into SFO and delete the character_skill_experience_tiers table and that'll enable this mod (or at least eliminate the point of conflict between these two mods)
Though I wonder if you think make it to 5% per skill point is better? After all we have limited skill points and I feel like if we want to make a Champion of Nurgle we should be in the clear!
I wanted to rebuild this from scratch using the offical mod tools instead of PFM just to make sure of a few things and that change got lost along the way.
I've not played wood elves in a while but Orion used to have a weird issue where the first few levels only gave 1 skill point. Starting on level 6 or something he started to get what he's supposed to. Lords get 3sp/lvl from 1-20 though and with both branches unlocked, Orion should still be an overpowered beast by level 20 if not earlier.

Thanks!
I think they get... 28? Skill points they can't use so you always get the "Green Man has skills left" message at the end of the turn.
So the extra skill skill just eats all of those for 28% health bonus. I don't mind it too much but you can always use the no bonus to health version if you don't like it.
Please disregard my earlier post. I cleared my mods folder and reloaded everything and that fixed it. My mistake.
I found that heroes (norsca sorcerers) still get several points above the maximum amount available to spend. Could you add more of those Extra Points Skills?
Other than that the mod is great.
Thanks!
Can you take a look at something please? I've used your mod on many campaigns with no issue, but I just tried to play the Throgg campaign and am only getting one skillpoint. Not sure why I'm not getting 3. Any idea?
Thanks again!
That one does not give +1% health per level for the extra skillpoint.
Alternatively, small tweaks like this are really easy with a program called Pack File Manager here:
http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?730823-PFM-4-1-2-Warhammer-support
It's pretty easy to use as W:TW data are stored in excel-like tables and you can edit the numbers to your hearts content.
Every mod is a standalone .pack file in your
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER\data
so you can use PFM to open the mod you want to change and change whatever you want.
This will let you make small tweaks to any mod you download at will without having to wait for mod owner to do it.
