changed some cba settings on the mission. Got rid of the old module based settings. Feel free to revert the changes if you prefer that. This helps training a bit more efficiently for us.

Fixed some minor bugs of ai healing themselves,
AI dying when spawned
Both of those were cba settings.

Tweak, disabled medical AI, so conscious AI don't heal themselves, as this is for training of humans.
