Game Play Changes
New Game + extended to New Game +33 (vanilla is +5)
- This extends game to Level 999 (dungeon and mob levels only)
- This DOES NOT extended character level to lvl 999, character still maxed at level 100


Item Changes
Adjusted and rearanged all item base types for damage and armor amounts
- White, Green and Blue items are now all the same other than Green gets more item bonuses than White and Blue gets more item bonuses than Green
- Unique (orange items) have been nerfed further to widen gap between Legendary Items more
- Unique items only get 2 item bonuses in most sitatutions (except socketables)
- Legendary (red Items) are now quite a bit more powerful then all other items in most situations

Added General Grell Unittype to allow level drops - basically it created a loot table for that bosses specific gear

Tweaked the drop rate for Legendary items more - for testing purposes

- Altered drop rate of Legendary items from Major Bosses - easier to get

- Fixed and altered some Legendary affixes for item bonuses, some were to powerful.

Change Log - Nov 10, 2016

- Increased drop rate for both Unique and Legendary items from Major Bosses
- Major Bosses have a chance to drop 2 Legendary items now
- End Game quests will now reward Legendary Items (Beating Game, Trill Bot, Tarroch's Tomb)
- End Game quests Legendary Items will be appropriate to dungeon level
- Adjusted most item bonuses (affixes) on Legendary items (will need further balancing)
- Nerfed Unique items more to make Legendary items even more powerful

- Used "Unearthed Arcana" mod item changes as a base to expand upon
- Torchlight I items have been added into the game
- Extended all weapons and armor to item level 199
- Most Unique items now have a Legendary version of the same level
- Unique Items have been nerfed to make Legendary Items better
- Legendary items now drop from major bosses
- New Legendary unittype so this plays nice with other mods that have custom Legendary items so they wont drop from bosses (modder mumbo jumbo)
- Drop rate for Legendary Items has been significantly improved
- Drop rate for Unique Items from bosses now will be more consistent
- All Class requirements from items have been removed
