+Cloaking system!
Requries Shields, Weapons, and Piloting to be powered down from the reactor
These systems cannot be powered back up while cloaked

I appologize for how long this took. Especially with how simple it is. I've lost progress on it multiple times when my computer decided to crash and corrupt the file i was currently working on, and i didn't have time to backup. That added on with School and Work, and procrastination of every kind, i still managed to get it done! I'll be looking more into bug fixing for the next update, hopefully fix that darn Engineering bay.

+Added bomb spawning in space
+Made ff_reset cleanup bombs
*Fixed ff_reset to reset player's health and armor
*Made bombs more powerful against modules
*Changed the screen on top of the bomb
*Fixed room temperature not affecting HEV suit

+Added a bomb that can be transported onto enemy ships (currently only obtainable by ff_spawn_bomb)
+Implemented chat tags so ulx is not required to see player's teams
+Added ff_repair_speed, this time working and actually changes it among clients
*Fixed 'returning non-string' every time someone types in chat

Fixed a silly typo that spammed the console because i typed CurTimer instead of CurTime

Tons of Changes
+Added a better Name Tag that floats above the player's head
+Added player color being set to team color on spawning
+Added an autoclean function ff_autoclean that will reset ships while no players are online for 10 minutes
+Added a voting function to vote for a map reset. /votereset to start, /yes or /no to vote
+Added a Phaser weapon to shoot peepls with
=Players now spawn in random rooms in the ship
*Fixed repair tool effects becoming active when they shouldn't
*Cursors now move on the screens for the people not controlling it
*Failsafes against console errors, specificaly the info screen not changing when a player begins using it

Bug fixes pulled from Metapyziks' seperate, more updated github fork.

Fixed ff_spawn_module to actualy spawn a utility module instead of an unknown weapon module.
